The Damont Process
The Damont Difference is evident in every distinctive remodel we perform. It’s more than the special attention given to detail - it’s the professional way in which the work is completed, and our ability to perfect your ideas.
Damont is fully licensed, insured and a proud member of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities, it’s Remodelors Council and the Better Business Association of Minnesota.
Damont’s process is as follows:
- Free consultation:
A staff designer will stop by your home and consult on your project. - Design and budget:
Damont will compile all the information from the initial consultation and turn this into a workable design with budgetary numbers on your project. - Proposal and plans:
Once you are sure that the design and the budget are what you had expected, Damont will start on the plans, specifications and a final proposal. There is usually a fee for assembling the plans for your project. - Begin construction:
Damont will submit your plans to secure all permits from your city for the project. We will also provide a schedule of completion and a schedule of work by each trade.
